Michigan Employee Retirement Services (M.E.R.S.)

M.E.R.S. new corporate office illustrates their dedication to the environment and responsible allocation of resources. Their commitment helped their corporate headquarters illustrate how a company can achieve sustainability without a LEED certification. Green finishes, water saving fixtures, maximum use of sunlight, and careful HVAC design combine to create a great green building.
