PayPal, a subsidiary of eBay, was looking for new campus-like, state-of-the-art world headquarters to enhanced their work environment and amenities. The goal was to consolidate two Omaha locations within an high tech sustainable office design accommodating up to 1,200 people. The office environment was tailored to the employee’s needs and the flexibility required for the continued & diverse growth of a highly successful internet company
